Strategi Perencanaan dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas
Abstract
Within the realm of education, classroom action research has emerged as a very efficacious approach for enhancing the process of classroom-based learning. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is an educational methodology that is initiated and guided by teachers, aiming to enhance the quality of classroom learning experiences. This technique involves the active participation of students as subjects of the research process. Through the utilization of CAR, educators are able to effectively identify instances of learning difficulties, experiment with different instructional approaches, and directly observe the outcomes that ensue. Careful planning is a crucial element in the execution of CAR. The application of appropriate planning strategies can assist educators in formulating explicit objectives, creating pertinent milestones, and efficiently overseeing the implementation of the Curriculum, Assessment, and Reporting (CAR) framework. The present study employed a qualitative methodology and relied on library research techniques. The methodology employed in this study entails doing a comprehensive search and analysis of relevant literature pertaining to the research issue, usually referred to as the content analysis method. The careful consideration of the planning method in classroom action research is of utmost significance, as it plays a pivotal role in attaining the research objectives and effectively implementing the required modifications. The planning technique employed in classroom action research encompasses several key steps, including the initial identification and analysis of problems, followed by the formulation of specific problem statements and the subsequent planning of improvement measures. The steps of classroom action research can be categorized into four distinct phases: preparation, action, data collecting, analysis, and reflection.
