Mengembangkan Kesadaran Guru tentang Pentingnya Refleksi Diri Melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas
Abstract
Classroom action research is a form of scientific and methodical study or activity carried out by teachers/researchers in the classroom by using actions to improve learning processes and outcomes. The method used is participatory action research which consists of diagnosis, action, measurement, and reflection. Based on the findings in the field, it will be easier for teachers to carry out action research with the classroom action research pattern shown by the researcher. So that writing class action research can be done well and easily carried out by the teacher. It was concluded that the impression of the difficulty of classroom action research would decrease if teachers began to understand the pattern of classroom action research methods.
