Abstract

The objective of this project is to provide a technique for evaluating daily or formative examinations utilizing an online learning platform, namely a web-based application called Google Form. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing literature review and observation as the primary methods. This study focused on a group of 19 fifth-grade students from SDN 1 Sukasari Banjarsari Ciamis. The daily test activity was conducted on May 25, 2021, as part of a series of Latsar (Basic Training) activities for CPNS Ciamis Regency 2021. The research was conducted in four distinct stages: 1) developing a scheduling matrix, 2) researching the creation and management of Google Forms, 3) producing daily test questions, and 4) administering daily tests. During the period of distance learning or limited face-to-face learning with a combination of online and offline methods, an observed phenomenon at SDN 1 Sukasari was the presence of students who were negligent in collecting assignments and daily tests. These assessments typically relied on traditional methods, focusing solely on questions found in the teaching materials. Through the utilization of mobile phones, the internet, and Google Form, the author discovered that the participants shown great enthusiasm, resulting in an average daily score of 70.
