Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Islam is published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0). Authors retain the copyright to their work. Users may read, copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the work in any medium or format, even for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal, a link to the license is provided, and any derivative works are distributed under the same license.

LICENSE TO PUBLISH

License

The use of the article is governed by the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows users to share and adapt the work for any purpose, including commercial, as long as proper attribution is given and new creations are licensed under identical terms.

Author’s Warranties

The author warrants that the article is original, authored by the stated contributor(s), has not been published previously, contains no unlawful content, does not infringe on the rights of others, is the exclusive property of the author(s), and is free from any third-party rights. The author affirms that all necessary permissions to use third-party materials have been obtained.

User Rights

Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, users are free to:

Rights of Authors

Co-Authorship

If the article is jointly authored, the signatory affirms that they have obtained permission from all co-authors to enter into this agreement and will inform them of the terms outlined here.

Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party with two months’ written notice if the other party materially breaches the agreement and does not remedy such breach within 30 days of notice. Termination does not retroactively affect rights granted under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

Royalties

This agreement does not entitle the author to royalties or other compensation. The author waives the right to collect royalties for uses of the article by Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Islam or its sublicensees.

Miscellaneous

Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Islam reserves the right to edit the article for style, grammar, punctuation, and formatting. The article will be published with open access and will be freely available to the public. The journal may sublicense the rights granted in this agreement for publication and distribution purposes.
